一、一二三線城市商品住宅銷售價格環比下降
11月份,一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格環比下降0.4%,降幅比上月擴大0.1個百分點 。其中 ,上海上漲0.1%,北京、廣州和深圳分別下降0.5% 、0.5%和0.9%。二、三線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格環比分別下降0.3%和0.4%,降幅均收窄0.1個百分點。
11月份,一線城市二手住宅銷售價格環比下降1.1% ,降幅比上月擴大0.2個百分點 。其中,北京、上海、廣州和深圳分別下降1.3% 、0.8%、1.2%和1.0%。二線城市二手住宅銷售價格環比下降0.6%,降幅與上月相同。三線城市二手住宅銷售價格環比下降0.6% ,降幅收窄0.1個百分點。
二、一二三線城市商品住宅銷售價格同比降幅擴大
11月份,一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格同比下降1.2%,降幅比上月擴大0.4個百分點 。其中 ,上海上漲5.1%,北京 、廣州和深圳分別下降2.1%、4.3%和3.7%。二、三線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格同比分別下降2.2%和3.5%,降幅分別擴大0.2個和0.1個百分點。
11月份 ,一線城市二手住宅銷售價格同比下降5.8%,降幅比上月擴大1.4個百分點 。其中,北京 、上海、廣州和深圳分別下降6.8%、4.6% 、7.2%和4.8%。二、三線城市二手住宅銷售價格同比分別下降5.6%和5.8% ,降幅分別擴大0.4個和0.1個百分點。
